1) Is there a price list for the artists?
No, there isn’t a price list for the artists. Artists have a sort of “market price” that depends on their popularity at the time of the event and on other factors like: where is the artist the days around the event (does he have to move from his home town just to do the show or is he touring in the area near the event?), what kind of show the client is looking for (it can be with the full band, with part of the band or just live to tracks), how many people travelling with the artist, how is the production of the show, what kind of event he has to attend (private, public, ticketed or by invitation only) and more.
2) I don’t have a big budget but I want to have a special guest at my event. How can I do?

3) How can you help me to choose the right artist for my event?
Every event has its own theme, audience and targets. We have great experience and knowledge in the music business. We carefully scan all the details of the event like, what is the purpose of the event, what is the aim of the performance, what is the audience like and its taste, how is the venue, when and where will be the performance, what is the budget. With all these information we will help you to find the right artist to make it a memorable event. We only ask you to trust us!
4) What’s the minimum budget needed to have a special guest at my event?
There is no minimum budget.
5) When is it the best time to book an artist?
The sooner the better! If you look at the artists’ calendar you may find out that they are already booked until the next 12 months. Then, if you want to save money and to find the best act for your event, you should move at least 3 to 6 months in advance. Booking at the last minute is never a good deal even if the “last minute solutions” are one of our greatest skills.
6) What do I have to do to book an artist for my event? How does it work?
The first thing you have to do is to call us or to send us an email with all the details of the event and the kind of artist you are looking for, if you know it. After we receive your call or email we will send you a list of artists that can be good for the event and that can be available along with their prices. If you request a specific act we will find out if he is available and accepts to do the event. You can choose one or more artists for the show and we will take care of the deal with the agent or the manager. Once we do the agreement we arrange all the travels, visas, work permits for the performance and we will take care of all hospitality and technical requests of the artist. In order to manage all these things we need to be in charge with the organiser or with a production manager of the event. We will assist the artist from his arrival until his departure.
